Resorts World Las Vegas faces lawsuit from Nevada Gaming Control Board

A complaint detailing 13 infractions against Resorts World Las Vegas in relation to money laundering and the illegal bookmaking scandal in California was filed by the Nevada Gaming Control Board.

Even though some Resorts World staff members acknowledged that the person was an illegal bookmaker, they still permitted him to place bets at the casino for over 18 months. Despite concerns, the anti-money laundering committee of the casino convened at least four times to deliberate on his status but did not take any action.
