This unveiling comes after Dreamscape Companies, which purchased the Rio Hotel & Casino from Caesars Entertainment in 2019, took over ownership and management of the building.
There are four levels of Rio Rewards: Rouge, Azul, Gold, and Platinum. Included in the various tiers of benefits are free hotel stays, free show tickets, free early and late check-ins, monthly dining credits, daily drink vouchers, and more.
Caesars Rewards cards will no longer be accepted on the premises due to the launch of Rio Rewards. However, the transition to the new Rio Rewards loyalty program will be made for current Caesars Rewards members who have visited the Rio since late 2017.
