After allegedly stealing $20K from a cashier's cage, a manager at Rivers Casino Pittsburgh was recently placed under arrest on suspicion of theft. Authorities claim they saw him taking the money on surveillance footage. Using a cleaning rag, he gathered two stacks of $100 bills. Before leaving the casino, he took the loot to a restroom and concealed it on himself, the report stated.
