Rivers Casino Portsmouth receives license approval from the Virginia Lottery Board.

A license to operate a casino facility has been granted to Rivers Casino Portsmouth by the Virginia Lottery commission. Early 2023 is the projected opening date for the casino.

The funniest thing is that rivers casino might have been operating for so many long term without any license and nobody will know but it's good now that Rivers casino has finally obtain its license from the Virginia lottery board. I hope this will encourage their customers more
