Self-exclusion sports betting bill moves forward in West Virginia.

House Bill 4700 in West Virginia aims to stop people who have harassed sports officials, coaches, or players from betting on sports.

It's similar to a law in Ohio made after threats against basketball players. The NCAA is also concerned about sports betting and harassment.

NCAA President talked about this during a speech on college sports. The bill passed the Judiciary Committee and will soon go to the House Floor for a vote.
