A legitimate iGaming bill was swiftly adopted by the Rhode Island Senate. The vote gives the legislation more traction after it was overwhelmingly approved by the Senate Special Legislation and Veterans Affairs Committee following amendments required by the state constitution. The bill was changed to remove digital table games and to mandate that all online table games be offered with a live dealer. According to the proposed legislation, the Rhode Island Lottery would serve as the regulator.
