Seneca Casino tax money set to return to various recipients

After being kept in an escrow account since December 2023, Seneca Casino tax funds may soon be released to their legitimate recipients.

At Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino, Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino, and Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino, the compact grants the tribe the right to run live dealer table games, sports betting, and slot machines modeled after those found in Las Vegas.

Afterwards, the revenue-sharing agreement was extended.
