Seven people were arrested by Kyoto police for running a secret gambling site online. This is the first time someone been arrested in Japan for doing this.
The people arrested are men and women aged 20 to 40, including a guy named Randall Aaron Asher from the U.S.
They are accused of helping a foreign company run a gambling website called Dora Mahjong, where people in Japan could play and the organizers got money.
