Seventy-five Union members arrested for protesting at gambling territory

After they obstructed traffic on Las Vegas Boulevard on Wednesday night, about seventy-five Culinary Union members and officials were taken into custody. It was an attempt to draw attention to their ongoing labor dispute with the casinos.

For approximately thirty minutes, protesters halted traffic on the well-known avenue in both directions during rush hour, close to the Bellagio and Paris Las Vegas casinos.

Regarding Wednesday's rally, representatives of Wynn Resorts, Caesars Entertainment, and MGM Resorts did not immediately respond.
