Sexual picture deepfakes sent to opposition of casino proposal in Illinois

A former Illinois State Representative's aide has been charged with obscenity, harassment, and obscene message transmission after allegedly sending lawmakers who were against a casino project deepfake pornographic images.

All of the alleged victims shared their opposition to a plan to turn a former mental health facility in the south Chicago suburb of Tinley Park into a racetrack and casino.
