Sheffield casino chef wins big with his Yorkshire specialty as the winner of chef of the year.

The largest casino company in the UK presented its inaugural Chef and Bartender of the Year contest, which was available to all of its 52 locations' chefs and bartenders.
Each chef was given instructions to come up with a dish that patrons of their respective casino venue could enjoy utilizing a fixed menu of components.
It was a well-deserving victory, according to Grosvenor Casinos Business Manager George Robertson.
