Should an Ace high flush or straight draw be revealed in a heads up poker game before the river card?

In my opinion as an experienced player, holding back information about your draws and waiting for the river is usually the best strategy, especially in heads up play. Revealing your potential made hand could encourage your opponent to make a bad call or fold a potentially better hand, impacting the amount of pots you win in the long run. Playing hands close until the end generally yields the best results.

Your choice may be influenced by the pot's size and the stack sizes in relation to the pot. You might not need to reveal your draw if the pot is already big enough to support additional building. In contrast, if the pot is tiny, exposing your powerful draw might motivate your rival to raise their bets and increase the pot for you.
