In Blackjack, it's generally not a good idea to split 10s. A pair of 10s gives you a strong total of 20, which is one of the best hands you can have. Splitting them would create two hands, each with a value of 10, which is much weaker than a solid 20. After splitting, your chances of improving both hands are low, and you'll likely end up with two hands that are worse than what you started with. Additionally, the dealer is more likely to bust when you hold a 20, making it a strong position to stand. In most cases, it's better to keep the 10s together and stand, as splitting them increases the risk of turning a strong hand into two weaker ones.
