Casinos should always seek prior permission from the customer before engaging in any type of direct marketing. This includes sending promotional emails or SMS messages, as well as calling or mailing customers with promotional offers. This is to ensure that the customer is aware of the marketing activities and has consented to them. This is also in accordance with applicable laws, such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the CAN-SPAM Act.
 
I think its a nice idea to let customer be aware of any marketing they're planning to make, it's always good to carry your gambler along, by doing this customer will be inform before the marketing even takes place
 
I agree with this assertion because at the end of the day, the customer is the most important resource of a casino as a whole. Therefore, it is only right that they should be privy to any new marketing initiatives the enterprise has in store
