I understand that the terms and conditions of International Betting Integrity Association is only abiding to those platforms that are members of IBIA. And other gambling platforms who are not members are excluded from the terms. It shouldn't have been so. All licensed casinos should have been made to be members of IBIA so that the campaign to sanitize the field of fraud and malpractices would be successful. Making the membership optional is at the risks of players who may likely not knowing either the platforms they are engaging with are vulnerable to fraud or not.
