SkillOnNet has joined the Safer Gambling Week campaign and asked its online casino operators to promote Safer Gambling Week to customers.
The annual safer gambling event will take place between 17-23 October and aims to get the UK gambling industry involved in making people aware of the dangers of problem gambling.

Now, SkillOnNet has announced all of its brands will be involved in the campaign, including PlayOJO, Slingo, Genting Casino and SpinGenie. Meanwhile, EGaming Online, SkillOnNet’s affiliate programme, has also asked affiliate partners to consider participating in the event.

Part of the promotion involves brands and affiliates having a banner on homepages to raise awareness during the week-long campaign, as well as sending out a Safer Gambling Week email to customers on mail databases.

Michael Golembo at SkillOnNet said of the promotion: “Safer gambling has always been a watchword for SkillOnNet and we have always expected the same of our EGO affiliate marketing partners.
“They have always done a great job of arming players with the tools and knowledge they need to make responsible decisions and informing them about resources available if gambling becomes a problem. But let’s push that message even harder during Safer Gambling Week

I think it's great that SkillOnNet has joined the Safer Gambling Week campaign and is encouraging its online casino operators to promote safer gambling to their customers. It's important for the gambling industry to raise awareness about the potential dangers of problem gambling and to encourage responsible gambling practices.

By involving all of its brands, including PlayOJO, Slingo, Genting Casino, and SpinGenie, SkillOnNet is demonstrating its commitment to promoting safer gambling across its platforms. It's also commendable that the company's affiliate program, EGaming Online, is encouraging its partners to participate in the campaign as well.

The promotion strategy of having banners on homepages and sending out Safer Gambling Week emails to customers is a good way to reach a large audience and raise awareness. Providing players with the necessary information and resources to make responsible decisions is crucial, and I'm glad that SkillOnNet and its affiliate partners are already dedicated to this cause.

By pushing the message of safer gambling even harder during Safer Gambling Week, SkillOnNet is demonstrating its continued commitment to promoting responsible gambling practices. This kind of proactive approach is essential in ensuring the well-being of players and fostering a safer gambling environment.
