In Australia and New Zealand, Light & Wonder and SkyCity Entertainment Group have inked a seven-year Platform as a Service systems agreement.
To improve the player experience, SkyCity will make use of Light & Wonder Engage, a platform that enables operators to leverage customer journey data, which includes hardware, software, and custom development services.
