Smart Ways to Spend Your Lottery Winnings

What is the best way to spend a big lottery win? I have been playing the lottery for years and wonder what I should do if I ever have a big win. Should you spend it all or invest some? Do you pay off your loans first then treat yourself? Any advice would be helpful for me. Personally I think clearing debts first then saving and investing a large part of the win makes the most sense financially. Spending on some fun things you always wanted is ok too in moderation. I would appreciate hearing what others think.
