Social media driving young Belgians to illegal gambling market

Young men, many of whom are under the recently modified legal gaming age, are being drawn to unlicensed operators by social media, according to a Belgian gambling trade association.
Before Belgium's legal gambling age was raised from 18 to 21 in September, nearly half of the men between the ages of 18 and 21 who participated in a survey conducted by the Belgian Association of Gaming Operators were already active on illicit websites.
