Spanish Digital Gaming Association lauds removal of gambling ad restrictions

The Spanish Digital Gaming Association has welcomed the Supreme Court's decision to partially uphold its appeal against certain gambling advertising restrictions, which will enhance industry communication with regulators. Notably, the ruling allows marketers to target potential new customers, specifically those with accounts less than thirty days old, and to advertise in public spaces where lottery games are sold. This decision is expected to positively impact marketing strategies in the sector.
