STS Poland lawsuit threatens Kindred's Unibet with a €6 million fine.

The Unibet sportsbook subsidiary of Kindred Group is being sued by STS Gaming Group on grounds that it has violated Polish legislation and is preying on local customers.
The largest bookmaker in Poland, Unibet, has been accused by STS of operating and marketing its company unlawfully without a valid license from the government.
Allegations regarding Unibet include "many years of criminal behavior," which includes offering games without Treasury Department approval, engaging in unauthorized publicity, and advertising on the jerseys of foreign football teams while they were playing in Poland.
 
Any unauthorized gaming company that has not being register by the committee or staff members of gambling society should not go unpublished because this is turn to something else in sports and gambling industry creating unregistered website to the public is a bad thing.
