"SuperSolid" Beats Star Studded Short Deck Table At 2023 WSOP Online

The bracelets just keep coming as another week of the 2023 WSOP Online nears its end.

We've added a few more names to the hallowed list of the bracelets, with Oleg "Ispanec" Tarnovski, Panagiota "ANXXOO333" Dimitrakopoulou, Geraldo “UmReiNoRiver” Neto, and "SuperSolid" all taking away something for their trophy cabinets.

The Main Event continues, with Day 1D having played out on September 10.

Montenegran "DeviLInMe" topped out the Day 1D flight of the Main Event with 2,246,633 closely followed by Daniyar Aubakirov with 2,122,973. As a result, Gergely Kulcsar remains the Main Event chip leader after his Day 1C bag of 2,276,337 last week.

It's always great to see international players competing and winning at the WSOP. "SuperSolid" beating such a star-studded short deck table takes real skill. Short deck games require adjusting to fewer playable cards, this player must have made some great strategic plays.
