Suspect in $750,000 casino cage scam arrested

It is anticipated that the scam involved at least one additional person. The employee was reportedly called at the time by someone posing as a casino lawyer, who demanded that he take $750,000 out of the cage and drive eight miles to a different location.

After messages about an impending UPS delivery that needed to be paid for were sent to her phone by the fraudulent party, the employee was promptly taken in. But when she got back to Sam's Town Casino, she went straight to a manager and claimed that she might have been duped.
