Svenska Spel may appeal a SEK 100 million fine for breaching its duty of care.

Svenska Spel Casino AB got a big fine of SEK 100m from Sweden’s gambling watchdog because they didn't take good care of their customers.

The watchdog found that Svenska Spel didn't protect customers who were gambling too much and didn't help them when they needed it. Svenska Spel might fight against this decision.

They say they have improved since then, but the watchdog still thinks they did wrong.

This is pretty hefty amount of fine that is being applied on the company they can definitely appeal for the review and consideration in the charges but I do not think that there will be any change at all and they will always have to pay the full charges that is being applied on them for the breach of rules actually
