Swedish audit finds gambling regulator not effective enough

According to data released by the National Audit Office, the gambling regulator has been "less effective than desirable" in fulfilling its obligation to conduct the required number of operator inspections in the five years since the market opened.

Additionally, a serious flaw has also been found in the instances where the regulator has implemented regulatory supervision over operators.
