The Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC) has lodged accusations against Tabcorp and eight other establishments for permitting individuals under the legal age to partake in gambling activities within their premises. Tabcorp, in particular, is confronted with a staggering sum of 54 charges for violating the established protocols outlined in the Gambling Regulation Act 2003. Among these charges, 27 directly pertain to their negligence in preventing minors from engaging in gambling activities, as well as their failure to adequately oversee electronic betting terminals.
