Taiwan police arrest 23 people in illegal gambling raid

Taiwan police raided an illegal gambling den and took $9,600 in addition to 23 arrests.

Hidden in a building's basement was the underground casino. Its card games, which included Texas Hold'em poker and baccarat, were hidden behind a convenience store on the ground level.

The establishment had female dealers who were decked up for the holidays. It rented three on-site parking spaces to keep gamblers from parking carelessly and drawing attention from the police. Additionally, it shuttled bettors using three cars.
