Temporary Hard Rock Bristol casino sees revenue decline in November

The temporary casino inside the former Bristol Mall, Hard Rock Bristol in Virginia, is seeing a decline in gaming activity. Hard Rock won just $12 million in November, according to the Virginia Lottery's most recent revenue report. The Virginia Lottery is in charge of regulating the state's newly established commercial casino industry. That is a 4.4% decrease over the previous year and the lowest monthly win in the casino's 17-month history of operation.
