After paying the father of Antioch, who is still unidentified, allegedly $40 for the ticket, the suspect told him the other ticket was lost and threw it in the trash, but in fact, it was a $1 million winner.
Following his confirmation of the ticket's value and removal of the front, he was later captured on camera rejoicing at the store.
