Thailand anti-gambling task force nets 3,683 arrests during Euro 2024 tournament

According to police, law enforcement officials have shut down over 200 websites that promoted gambling on Euro 2024 football.

As the Sunday football matches for Euro 2024 come to an end, police cracked down on both online and offline gambling activities. It was after this that the data was made public.

The group's leader reported that since the task force was established on June 14 to address football wagering cases, 3,863 persons suspected of gambling-related offenses have been apprehended.
