The Cordish Companies and Live! Casino have made announcements about the $21 million Local Share Account they set up. Grants will be given out through the LSA to towns and nonprofit organizations in Westmoreland County. These grants have so far been put to use for things like road resurfacing, playground and park renovations, stormwater system upgrades, and equipment for neighborhood emergency services.Additionally, Live! Casino runs a Giveback Box program that has raised $243,000 for charitable causes since the venue's opening in late 2020.
