The fight against sports gambling in California is far from over.

The campaign to allow sports betting in California hit a familiar roadblock when both initiatives were hammered by a barrage of unfavorable campaigning, which doomed them to dramatic failure in the most expensive election in American history.
According to professor David McCuan, head of the political science department at Sonoma State University, whenever voters are presented with two initiatives that are in conflict with one another, they usually choose to reject both.

i dont seems to understand, is like the government are trying to put an end to sport gambling in california, they must have there reason for that

There should be resolution to this by coming to comprise. This can be done by having a dialogue where the two can give reasons for their actions. I am sure each of the party is trying to protect his or her own interest but sometimes, it is not always about us or our interest.

I suggest the government should find a proper way to resolve this matter, putting an end to sport or gambling can solve the problem, so I suggest that there should consider this and make a good decision out of it

All what I'm hearing about this sport betting from USA is not usually encouraging, it seems USA don't really like sport betting like other form of gambling. Many they will soon chance all sport betting activities from USA and face only casino and lottery
