Bermuda's casino sector has lately experienced numerous delays. However, according to reports, the government is currently awarding the Bermuda Gaming Commission $9.8 million. The territory initially intended to construct casinos and finance the commission with gambling revenue. But throughout the eight years it took to put together the necessary gambling framework, the BGC encountered persistent delays. It's still highly improbable that the region will soon get a new gaming establishment.Century Casinos announced in January that it was abandoning its plans to build a casino at the resort's Hamilton Princess & Beach Club. It was one of two casinos that were slated to open in Bermuda. However, Century officials decided to change their minds due to ongoing delays and an unclear future.
