The Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority has cautioned the public regarding the use of unlicensed gambling establishments. Furthermore, the authority has implemented prohibition measures against a collective of operators who provide gambling services without the appropriate authorization in Nigeria. In a public announcement, the LSLGA specifies numerous operators who lack the necessary license or approval within the country. The LSLGA asserts that conducting gambling activities without the required license violates Section 33(3) of the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority Law 2021.
