According to a statement released by Hard Rock International, The Mirage Hotel & Casino will close on July 17 and start to be transformed into the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and Guitar Hotel Las Vegas.
The hotel at this new integrated resort, located in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip, will be shaped like a guitar and span almost 700 feet. In 2022, Hard Rock International paid $1.07 billion to MGM to acquire The Mirage.
