Have you noticed how the higher cost scratch tickets don't actually pay out more jackpots? I've been playing these things for years, and no matter what I spend $1, $5, $10 or $20 on a ticket, the chances of winning big seems negligible. The sales people will tell you the expensive tickets have higher odds, but I'm not so sure.
