The Northern Ireland Assembly launches an investigation into gaming harm.

An investigation into methods for reducing sports betting harms has been started by the All Party Group (APG) on Lowering Harm Connected to Gambling in the Northern Ireland Assembly. It is requesting input from a range of stakeholders in order to guide future policy.
Research was cited by the Stormont APG as evidence that the current emphasis on individual behavior ignores the greater influence on public health. According to studies out from International Gambling Studies, an average problem gambler may have an impact on as many as six additional persons.

Wow!, Thats a great move from the Northern Ireland assembly for launching investigation into gaming harm, that's a very good idea, i think more investigation need's to be done to know the harm gaming can cause to human and how they can stop it

And positive results were they able to achieve with their investigation?. Were they able to trace the root causes of the gambling harm?.
To stop beating about the bushes, the major causes of gambling is as a result of economic downturn. People resorted into gambling as a source of income.
