The license of SFJL Holding Limited has been suspended with immediate effect, according to the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA). Therefore, at the time that the suspension is in effect, SFJL Holdings is no longer permitted to conduct any gaming activities. The decision of the MGA became effective on August 3. A Type 2 Gaming Services license that SFJL now possesses in Malta is suspended for an unspecified amount of time. The Gaming Compliance as well as Enforcement Regulations of Malta were broken, according to the Malta regulator, by SFJL. These contained paragraphs C, K, and J of rule 9(1).
