The Star Entertainment Shares fall 12% after Nsw Government tax proposal.

The following news that the new south wales (NSW) government has proposed to raise taxes on casino and poker machine operators in the state , the star entertainment share fell almost 12%.
Its important that casino pays their fair share of tax.
This reformed tax rate will replace the existing regime under which casino pay less tax on poker machine than hotels and club.

Why would casinos payed less taxes on poker machines than their counterparts in hotels and clubs are paying?. They should all be paying same taxes since they are running same businesses. Also, NSW should well utilize the excess taxes generated from this increase for better welfare of the citizens.
