The suicide of a gambling-dependent teacher who was "abused by parasites"

After a coroner determined that warnings and therapy had been "woefully inadequate," the parents of a teacher who committed himself after battling a gambling addiction claimed that their son had been "abused by parasites who inflict life-threatening sickness for profit."
After an inquiry into the death of their 24-year-old son, Jack Ritchie, in Vietnam in November 2017, Liz and Charles Ritchie criticized gaming businesses and the government.
Jack's death, according to Sheffield Coroner David Urpeth, serves as a "stark reminder of the terrible consequences that can flow from a gambling addiction," he said on Friday.
 
Nothing good comes from the addiction. In order to prevent the resultant effect of addiction, led to the reason why some government attempted to outlaw betting in their countries so as avoid addictions among the youths.
 
To be sincere nothing good comes from addiction, i think thats why some country are trying to restrict citizen from gambling
 
I don't understand, are the parents referring the addiction to parasite that kill their son or they mean the real parasite. If it is addiction that kill him, why are they blaming the government to that. Well maybe those are among the reasons some government of some Islamic have ban gambling

The parasite they meant was actually the addiction virus that attacked their son. The parasite is a life threatening sickness for profits that has made thousands of gamblers to become addiction as a result of their quest for more profit.
