Following the DC Circuit Court of Appeals' decision to not delay its directive in the Florida gambling lawsuit, the Supreme Court has intervened and issued a provisional hold on the case. West Flagler and Associates had previously petitioned the highest court this month for the hold. On Thursday, the Supreme Court granted the request temporarily, providing the defendants in the lawsuit until October 18th to submit a reply.
