If you are very lucky to have a winning ticket for a particular lotto game, the Lotto Agent will receive a tip from the amount you won. This is how it is being done here in Lagos Nigeria. Once you win a ₦5 ticket which is ₦1,200, you will give the Lotto agent ₦100 as a tip out of the ₦1200 . If you win a ₦10 ticket which is ₦2400, the Lotto agent will collect ₦200 as a tip and it goes on and on.

Well I think tips is given out of good way there some people who refused to pay the agent and there is nothing they can do so far they are not sharing not the person is losing the game.

Some people may refuse to pay the agents the tips but in most cases, the agent may decline their ticket and they can go to the nearby payment centres to receive their payment in full but they would need to spend money on transport.

It is not compulsory that the Lotto agent should receive tips . The tips are given out of will and it is not by force. If you did not have enough money to give to the Lotto agent as a tip, there's no crime in it because it is not given by compulsion.

It is common for lotto agents to receive a tip from winners, but the amount of the tip can vary greatly. In some cases, winners may choose to give their agent a small percentage of their winnings as a token of appreciation. However, there is no set rule or expectation for how much a winner should tip their agent.

yes indeed , there are no such set rules And they can never be forced on a player because when player loses he gets no compensation so that is why every player must take care and play good manner and must tip his agent where possible indeed actually .

I think giving a tip to a lotto agent is a personal choice and not mandatory. If a winner decides to give a tip, it should be based on their own discretion and financial situation, and there is no set amount or percentage that is expected.

Yes indeed it is mostly personal via there are some margins for such people and they keep it to be honest actually as well there are many people who indeed have variety of winnings for themselves indeed and they play mostly in systematic manner.
