Online poker sites provide a convenient platform for players to access poker anytime, anywhere. However, the anonymous nature of the internet also enables unfair practices that hurt the integrity of the game. Here are some issues I believe online poker sites need to address:

Botting - The use of computer programs to play automatically. Bots make optimal moves without human emotion, which is difficult for real players to compete against.

Collusion - When two or more players work together secretly to divide the pot between themselves. This undermines the individual skill required in poker.

Account sharing - When one player allows others to use their account, combining bankrolls and skills beyond what one player could have.

Without adequate monitoring and response from online poker sites, these dishonest tactics threaten the legitimacy of the competition and the trust needed for players like myself to enjoy online poker in the long run. What other issues would you add to improve the health of online poker? I welcome others' perspectives.

Another issue that online poker sites need to address is the use of multiple accounts by a single player. This is known as multi-accounting and allows players to gain an unfair advantage by playing against themselves and manipulating the game.

Additionally, online poker sites should improve their security measures to prevent hacking and cheating. Cheating through hacking involves accessing a player's computer to track their cards and gain an advantage. Sites should have advanced security protocols to protect their users' data and prevent such malicious activity.

Ensuring fair and random dealing of cards is another important aspect of maintaining the integrity of online poker. Sites should use certified and audited random number generators to deal the cards, and should also have strict regulations and penalties for employees who may attempt to manipulate games for their own benefit or that of others.

By taking measures to address these issues, online poker sites can foster a more competitive and enjoyable environment for all players, and ensure the long-term sustainability of the game.
