The UKGC responds to the Racing Post's criticism of financial checks.

The UK Gambling Commission has been facing continuous and unfounded criticism and frequent attacks from the Racing Post. In response, the Commission's Chief Executive, Andrew Rhodes, has released an open letter addressing the "imbalanced stories" published by the Racing Post regarding financial risk checks during the ongoing consultation on UK gambling.
