Three people arrested for fake signatures on gambling petition

Recently, three suspects were taken into custody for allegedly forging signatures on proposed referendums in Florida. In one petition, the state's gambling laws were to be expanded.

Earlier this month, a suspect was charged on 17 counts of using a deceased person's personal identification information fraudulently.

He was pushing a petition that would have authorized card rooms to offer blackjack and other games. Since then, the petition drive has been called off.
