Tipster.de outlines preference for sale of bankrupt business

The sale and restructuring of Tipster GMBH's operations have been communicated to the Court of Cologne of North Rhine-Westphalia.

In April, federal anti-corruption units and the Rhine-Westphalia police force raided the offices of Tipster GMBH, the company that runs the German Interstate-licensed sportsbook Tipster.de.

As the group management declared immediate bankruptcy, the raid was conducted as part of a pan-European investigation into Tipster GMBH's operations on suspicion of "large-scale money laundering and tax evasion."
