TonyBet, a gambling company owned by Betsson, has finished updating its customer service guidelines for Dutch players.
After determining that the operator lacked a 24-hour customer service phone line with Dutch language support, the Dutch gambling authority contacted the operator.
The problem was discovered by a Dutch-speaking customer who complained that the service he was receiving over the phone was only available in English, the regulator said.
