Top casino executive surrenders gambling license

The former president of Resorts World and MGM Grand agreed to give up his gaming licence as part of a five-year ban from the Nevada gaming sector, according to an agreement reached with the Nevada Gaming Control Board. Although it's unlikely that any Nevada casino would ever offer him another leadership position following this prohibition, his settlement with the Nevada Gaming Control Board protects him from more severe outcomes like a protracted court battle and a lifetime ban.
