Top Newcastle midfielder returns to Italy squad after 10 month gambling ban

After serving a 10-month gambling ban, Sandro Tonali was recalled to the Italy team on Friday.

Tonali just started playing again for Newcastle. The Italian soccer federation banned him almost a year ago for placing bets on AC Milan and Brescia while he was a player for those teams.

Nicolo Fagioli, a midfielder for Juventus and a former player of a betting ban, rejoined the team for the Euros.
