Following reports from Durham Regional Police that two suspects absconded from them on foot from a stolen car in Pickering, two 22-year-old Toronto men are each facing five charges.
According to the authorities, after the two suspects got out of the car, the officer followed them on foot and apprehended one of them without any problems.
The other suspect remained unharmed, while one suspect was taken to a nearby hospital with minor wounds.
